Keona Health enables you to have your child’s healthcare and insurance questions answered quickly and efficiently via secure email.  Forms can also be downloaded and uploaded.  Shot records can be requested and general questions answered by clicking on ask a medical question and using the; Can’t find what you’re looking for? Click Here.  Appointments can be requested by selecting Appointment Request from the drop down menu.

Keona Health is easily accessed from your PC or mobile device.  We suggest you save our website as one of your favorites on your PC or mobile device.

Setting up your account is simple and easy.  Please read all information below and follow steps below to register;

  1. From this website, click on Keona Health Icon, or click here 
  2. Once the Health Desk opens, click on “Click here for Keona”.
  3. Register by filling the information under: “New to Health Desk”

For anything other then uploading forms, begin by clicking on Medical Advice.

To Request an Appointment, select Appointment Request from the drop down menu

Shot / Vaccine / Immunization records Select Immunization Records from the drop down menu

Not Seeing an option on the drop down menu or have a general question?  Click on Can’t find what you are looking for? Click Here.

Your provider and/or nurse will review and either call or email you back with advice or requested information.  Please be sure to check your junk and spam folders when looking for an email.

Should you miss a call from the nurse, we ask that you please check your voicemail and/or email for further instructions before calling the office back.

Although you do not set up an account for each child, each child needs to be added to your account.

Information sent through and back via Keona is available for 5 days.  Please be sure to check your email (including your spam folder) for response.  **Emails may also be sent in response for calls phoned in.

While you are able to download and upload forms anytime, questions can only be submitted during regular office hours:

Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm

(Questions / Requests NOT available on Holidays)

Using Keona saves time, avoids telephone tag and allows for concise and efficient feedback from our nurses and providers.  We highly encourage you to set up your account and thank you in advance for doing so.

Please note that the form charge applies only to school, camp and sports forms.

8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Forms can be uploaded anytime.
