Lacey Romaka, CPNP


Lacey was born and raised in New Mexico. She graduated from New Mexico State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and spent over 8 years working as a pediatric nurse. 

She solidified her passion of working with children and completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, becoming certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner in primary care. She loves developing caring relationships with her patients and their families and is dedicated to being a positive influence in their lives. 

Lacey is a mom to boy and girl twins, who take up most of her free time outside of work. She lives in Alexandria, Virginia, loves spending time with family and traveling with her husband. 

Heather McKeever, FNP-C is board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina in 2011, her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Nursing from Marymount University in 2014 and her Master’s in Family Nursing from Marymount University in 2019. Prior to joining Northern Virginia Pediatrics, she worked at INOVA Fairfax Hospital where she spent over 5 years on the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. There she worked as a registered nurse while completing her Master’s degree. Heather was born and raised in Fairfax Station, Virginia. She currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with her husband and daughter.
