My children are thoughtfully cared for by providers at Northern Virginia Pediatric Associates since they were born. We appreciate the ease and efficiency of communicating with the practice whether online (Keona) or by phone. Scheduling the next annual visit before you leave your current appointment is a best practice and the front desk is great with prompting you in case you forget! Getting in for same day sick appointments with a physician is never an issue – you may not see your child’s provider but they are all equally qualified. As the kids get older, I appreciate the doctors engaging with the patient to establish rapport and earn trust as they age.
