Over the past couple of weeks, we have seen a significant influx of patients largely due to an increase in respiratory viruses mainly respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), rhinovirus, and influenza (Flu).
Please be aware that:
- Demand for sick appointments is at an all-time high. Although it is our policy to see sick children the same day, this may not always be possible.
- Due to the limited appointments available, we ask that you please send sick appointment requests via our secure email system “Keona”.
- Routine non – urgent messages, may take up till 3 business days to be returned.
- We ask that you do not send duplicate messages through Keona. Messages are returned and prioritized based on urgency.
- All patients being seen require a scheduled appointment.
