I’m setting up my account. What is my “security code”?
When you are asked for a security code from FollowMyHealth, it is the birth year of your youngest child. You will only be asked this once during set-up.
I was granted access to my child’s account. Why can I still not see my child on FollowMyHealth?
Make sure you are viewing the correct account as FollowMyHealth will default you to your own personal health account when you first login. To do this on a computer, look at the very top of the page where it says “Hello, [Your Name]”, click this button and select your child from the dropdown menu. To do this on the mobile app, look at the top left where it says “Accounts”, tap this button and select your child from the menu.
Why can’t I view my test results on FollowMyHealth?
You can only view test results once they have been reviewed by a provider. We appreciate your patience.
How can I send a message to my provider?
On a Computer
- Select Your Child’s Account: Before you do anything else, look at the very top of the page where it says “Hello, [Your Name]”, click this button and select your child from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate: Now you can click the orange “Messages” tab.
- Compose: Click “Compose” found under the orange “Home” button. Click continue through the pop-up message.
- Message: Click “Message New Patient” or “Message [Provider]”. Fill in the subject, message, and add any attachments necessary and hit “Send”.
On a Mobile Device (App)
- Select Your Child’s Account: Before you do anything else, look at the top left where it says “Accounts”, tap this button and select your child from the menu.
- Compose: Now tap “Messages” at the bottom submenu and then the pencil/notebook icon at the very top right hand of the screen. Click continue through the pop-up message.
- Message: Click “Message New Patient” or “Message [Provider]”. Fill in the subject, message, and add any attachments necessary and hit “Send” in the top right.
How do I view/print test results on FollowMyHealth?
Note: You can only view test results once they have been reviewed by a provider.
On a Computer
- Log In: Access your FollowMyHealth account.
- Select Your Child’s Account: Before you do anything else, look at the very top of the page where it says “Hello, [Your Name]”, click this button and select your child from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate: Click the “My Health” tab at the top.
- Select Results: Click the “Results” sub-tab.
- View Details: Click the icon (looks like a sheet of paper) next to the test to open details.

- Print: To print individual test results, click the orange “Print” button within the test details pop-up. To print all test results, close out of the detail pop-up and click the orange “Send” button in the top righthand side of your screen, then select “Print” from the dropdown.
On a Mobile Device (App)
- Open App: Launch the FollowMyHealth app and log in.
- Select Your Child’s Account: Before you do anything else, look at the top left where it says “Accounts”, tap this button and select your child from the menu.
- Find Results: Go to “My Health” and then “Results”. New results will also show up on the home page under “Action Center”.
- Select Test: Tap the test you want to see from the list.
- View Details: Tap the test name where it appears under the blue/green box to open its details.
How do I view/print immunization records on FollowMyHealth?
On a Computer (Recommended)
- Log in: Go to your FollowMyHealth portal on a web browser.
- Select Your Child’s Account: Before you do anything else, look at the very top of the page where it says “Hello, [Your Name]”, click this button and select your child from the dropdown menu.
- Navigate: Click the “My Health” tab or icon.
- Select Immunizations / : Choose the “Immunizations” tab from the sub-menu.
- Print/Export: Click the orange “Send” button and choose “Print” from the dropdown.
If Using the Mobile App
- Open App: Launch the FollowMyHealth app and log in.
- Select Your Child’s Account: Before you do anything else, look at the top left where it says “Accounts”, tap this button and select your child from the menu.
- Export: Use the app’s menu to find “My Health” and then the “Export” icon (top right). You will see the left icon for iPhones, right for Androids.


- Email: Select “Export Health Records”, select your desired sections, and click “Send” to email them to yourself.
- Print from Email: Open the email on your device or computer and print the records from there.
How do I pay bills on FollowMyHealth?
At this time, the bill payment feature on FollowMyHealth is temporarily disabled. We apologize for any inconvenience. Instead, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate to www.paymydoctor.com

- Type 10069413 as the Practice ID and click “Continue”.
- Input your Account # (can be found on your mailed bill) and Patient Date of Birth. (Note: Ensure you are inputting the patient’s birth date and not your own.) Click “Continue” to view/pay your bill.
