We have been going to this practice for 13 years. Both of our children have had positive experiences here. The on site lab is extremely convenient for working parents. All of the doctors are great, though Dr Kelly was in a class of her own and we miss her dearly.

We lived in NOVA for a very short period of time after our first baby was born. There were some minor issues. After discharge, we were under the care of Dr. Mouchahoir, and his gentle bedside manner and thoughtful judgment put us nervous new parents at ease. We feel fortunate that our child received such good medical care from Dr. Mouchachoir.

She doesn’t make me nervous. She explains what is going to happen, makes it happen and does it all with a sense of humor and a warm smile. She is own Dr. Doolitte! Thank you for choosing this profession as your career. You were born to do it 🙂 😍😍😍😍

She is the most empathic, caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate provider I’ve ever encountered. She goes above and beyond to provide answers, reassurance, guidance, and truly cares about not only the child, but the parents as well. She has guided me through some tough times with both my girls, and knowing how us mothers can be, she has never judged me nor lost her patience with my abundance of questions, concerns and sometimes overbearing worry about the health of my children. I don’t know what I’d do without her. My family is forever indebted.

Within an hour of placing the call to the practice, the lovely Sabrina called me back, answered all of my questions and facilitated the transfer of records. We moved out of state and miss this practice terribly. The level of care we received from Dr. Kelly and staff has never been replicated anywhere else. We have lived all over the country and miss the professionalism, knowledgeable staff and 365 days a year care! Again, thank you Sabrina for saving the day!!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Atiyeh for almost 10 years when we welcomed our first born. Dr. Atiyeh is excellent and a very genuine doctor. He answers questions and has a gentle way of caring for the kids. My kids love him “Elmo doctor” (he has an Elmo on his stethoscope) The front desk staff are amazing at their job. We’ve also seen other doctors and practitioners at NVPA and they’re all impressive. It’s evident they hire only the best. Highly recommend this practice overall.

Very good practice but severely need more front desk staff. Currently waiting more than 7 minutes to get to a person to schedule an appointment.

My children are thoughtfully cared for by providers at Northern Virginia Pediatric Associates since they were born. We appreciate the ease and efficiency of communicating with the practice whether online (Keona) or by phone. Scheduling the next annual visit before you leave your current appointment is a best practice and the front desk is great with prompting you in case you forget! Getting in for same day sick appointments with a physician is never an issue – you may not see your child’s provider but they are all equally qualified. As the kids get older, I appreciate the doctors engaging with the patient to establish rapport and earn trust as they age.

Northern Virginia Pediatrics is the best pediatric office in DC Metro area. Their staff are awsome and their doctors are very knowledgeable and patient and give a lot of time to answer all our questions especially Dr. Bassam Atiyeh. It was a blessing to have Dr. Atiyeh our kids doctor we feel that our kids have the best care and once we reach the office and see Dr. Atiyeh we feel that our kids are now safe and get relieved.

Brought both kids as infants and very happy to watch them grow with NVPA. Jackie is a gem! We’ve seen most physicians (thanks to day care and school bugs and viruses) and had a wonderful experience every time. We we needed tests, they didn’t refer out, we went downstairs and got it done on the spot. Their oncall nurse/Dr is always responsive. My kids look forward to the prize at the end of the visit

Ms. Kelley graciously and patiently helped my daughter get tested for strep yesterday. My daughter gets very nervous about any kind of swab, and Ms. Kelley was so kind and patient and even demonstrated the swab on herself to show my daughter exactly how it would look and how long it would take. My daughter was very stressed, but, walked out feeling proud of herself for successfully being swabbed. Ms. Kelley was an absolute saint, and we are so grateful for her calm and kind patience!

Fantastic practice. Our 3 kids have been with them for over 10 years. Dr Atiyeh is always helpful and efficient and we never have to wait long to see him for our appointments. This Memorial Day weekend I was able to get an appt with him in a couple hours after calling, he saw us immediately and after a short visit we had an answer and my sons unrelenting cough was gone soon thereafter. Thank you!!!!

Clean and well organized pediatric clinic. They have their own laboratory. Nurses are friendly and the admin staffs. The doctors service is exceptional especially Dr. Atiyeh. They practice safety because they’re still wearing mask and it’s required to wear a mask upon visits.

We’ve been with Northern Virginia Pediatric Associates for almost four years with all three of our children. From birth on the doctors and nurses there have provided excellent care to our family. My first baby, we met Dr. Bae 10 years ago and then, she met our second baby. It is hard to leave Dr. Bae even if we now live in another state because she takes good care of my children who has lots of medical issues. I love how she knows how to handle their conditions and how she integrates with the specialist. I also love the staff from the receptionist, to nurses and the lab.

I’ve been coming to NVPA for over 15 years, for all 3 of my children. You will not find a better pediatrician than Dr. Atiyeh. The nurses and office staff are super helpful and very efficient, and very responsive.

I am a pediatric speech-language pathologist, so I interact with many pediatricians in my profession and personally (as a mom of 3). Northern VA Pediatrics is consistently top notch—kind, attentive, accurate in their assessments of what is going on and what is the best treatment approach for the family and child. At this point, we’ve probably seen every doctor and nurse practitioner in the office and they have all been amazing. Our primary care doctor is Dr. Atiyeh and he has provided us with excellent medical care for all of our kids, some of whom have gone through complicated events in their medical history. When we are with him, we feel as if he has all the time in the world to listen to us. He has a positive energy about him, remembers personal details and asks relevant questions each and every time we see him…which has been for a decade now. I highly recommend both him and this practice.

They are caring and as accommodating as can be. I believe my kids are getting the best care possible, and their keona (spelling?) system makes it easy to stay in touch.

Dr. Bassam Atiyeh was pediatrician to both of my children from birth until they left for college. During that time, they had more than their share of ear aches, stuffy noses, sore throats, and virtually every other common childhood malady. Dr. Atiyeh was always at the top of his game and provided both kids with consistently excellent care. He was also warm and understanding of the concerns of two new parents! My family has fond memories of Dr. Atiyeh and he holds a cherished place in our family history. I entrusted him with the lives of my children and would happily do so again.

I have been with them through 3 kids and the only reason why I’m not with them now is because we moved out of state. They are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. The primary care doctor for my 3 children was Dr. Diane Halpin but all of the doctors are excellent. I am genuinely sad that I won’t be taking my daughters to them anymore.
