FollowMyHealth®

If you are already registered, you can access your FollowMyHealth® account by visiting the FollowMyHealth login page.

  1. Request an Invitation: You can find the form by visiting Request an Invitation to set up your account for the Follow My Health portal.
  2. Receive the Invitation: Once you have requested it, wait to receive the invitation via email. (Please note depending on volume, this process could take up to five business days).
  3. Set Up Your Account: Follow the instructions in the invitation email to set up your Follow My Health account.
  4. Patients 18 & Older:  Please note that a current Over 18 form must be on file in order to grant caregivers access.  https://northernvirginiapediatrics.com/online-forms-18-year-and-older-authorization-to-release-protected-health-information/
  5. Access Your Portal: After setting up your account, you can log in to access visit summaries, immunization records, lab results (once reviewed), submit questions, upload forms, and view scheduled appointment times.

Messages may take up to 72 hours to be returned.  For medical emergencies, call 911.

Forms may take 3-5 business days to process.  When available, expedited processing can be requested for a $ 50 fee, with a turnaround in 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday).
